On your level there is a fully equipped modern kitchen featuring modern appliances. There are two bedrooms; one with a king size bed and the other with twin beds sharing a bath and a half. Relax in the living room with a large screen TV, satellite, VCR and CD stereo. Adjoining the dining room is your own private, heated swimming pool with a BBQ and covered dining area.

Truly a romantic retreat, just a short walk to the beach and one block to the buses. South five minutes to the local golf course, fifteen minutes from Puerto Vallarta and twenty minutes north to the surfing beaches of Punta Mita. Maid and pool service is provided. Airport pick-up can be arranged for a minimal fee.

Payment policy: 50 % deposit payable upon booking Cancellation policy: refund available within 60 days of notice minus 15% service charge. Less than 60 days of notice, refunds are available only if the house is re-rented.
