Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king size bed and a spacious private bath and the second bedroom has one full size bed and one single bed and hall bathroom. Both bedrooms have a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The first floor has an equipped kitchen and a third full bath, living and dining areas with panoramic ocean views, opening onto a large veranda and ample terrace around the pool. Watch abundant sea life including whales, jumping fish and a variety of birds and animals while relaxing on the terrace. The house has walled grounds, DirecTV, washer and dryer. Includes maid service from Monday through Friday, gardener and pool maintenance.

The neighborhood is a tropical paradise of 20 homes located just outside of Punta Mita, 45 minutes to Puerto Vallarta's airport, 30 minutes from Bucerias and just 5 minutes from Punta Mita, where you can find shopping and great beach restaurants. Car needed.
