| OUR TWO CONDOMINIUMS are
privately owned homes within a complex of twelve condominiums, each owned by Mexican,
Canadian or U.S. citizens who may be full time residents. Each unit is privately
owned and managed. Our homes are perfect for the self sufficient vacationer who desires a
quiet place in a small beach town only minutes away from Puerto Vallarta and its airport. The complex is secured within a walled and gated
compound. It features a swimming pool, gazebo and barbecue for group festivities, a large
tiled area for sunbathing and relaxation, beautiful brick and stucco throughout, flower
beds on the terrace of each unit, secure parking and more. The entire complex is
three blocks from the wide, white sandy beaches of Bucerias.
The major markets and services of
Bucerias are about a fifteen minute walk from the complex. Some excellent restaurants and
small grocery stores are closer. Public transportation is less than one block away.
BOTH condominiums
are non-smoking units that feature large terraces, dining and
living rooms, two bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchens (e.g.,
microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and grinder,
cooking utensils, dishes, etc.), gas barbecues. Housekeepinf
provided.
OUR ONE BEDROOM condominium is on the
third, or top, floor (no elevators). It faces southwest and features panoramic views of
Banderas Bay, the Sierra Madre and Sierra de Vallejo mountains around Puerto Vallarta. The
sunsets are outstanding. This unit boasts a kitchen with some gourmet touches (e.g.,
convection oven, microwave, a wide variety of cooking utensils and dishes for most
occasions, etc.). An air conditioner has been installed in the bedroom for those seeking a
break at night from occasional heat. The living room has a portable air conditioner.
Our condo has a portable CD/tape player,
games and numerous books for our guests' enjoyment, and gas barbecue for cooking fresh
local fish, meats, poultry, etc. The bedroom features a queen size bed, desk, large closet
and a connecting bathroom. The second bathroom is off the dining room. The unit also
features a day bed. This condo is perfect for a couple; conveniently sleeps three.
OUR TWO BEDROOM condominium is on the
ground floor and adjacent to a large, beautiful pool and gardens. It is furnished in
typical rustic Mexican style.
The Master bedroom features a King size
bed, large dresser, portable air conditioner, desk and connecting bathroom. The second
bedroom has two double beds and desk. Both bedrooms have ample closet space. The large
living room makes this very suitable for 2 couples or a small family. This condo features
a VCR w/ television, a portable stereo/radio/cassette with some tapes, plus numerous
paperback books. A gas barbecue allows for cooking local fish, poultry and meats. This
unit also has a private utility room with clothes washer. The condominium faces west with
views of the mountains (Sierra de Vallejo). Sunsets can be enjoyed from a very large
terrace.

Rental Terms:
A 20% deposit will hold your reservation up to 1 month prior
to your stay. The balance is due at least 30 days prior to your
stay. Cancellation/Rescheduling. Please let us know as soon
as possible if a cancellation or re-scheduling is necessary.
Thirty (30) days notice is required for a full refund. A twenty
percent cancellation fee applies for less than thirty days notice.
The cancellation fee less a $50 service charge will be applied
to a rescheduled stay within one year.
